has always had a lot of raw ability since his days with David Pipe but since he joined Charlie Longsdon in late 2016 it's been an effort trying to get the horse to maximise his ability.

He has been tried over a variety of distances and has struggled to settle over staying trips but his last two starts have been around two miles so it has been a case of trusting the horse and giving him his head.

These tactics have been effective and he's been a little unlucky not to have won at least one of the two events.

Sedgefield is a tricky track for a novice and his experience could be the key today around here so I'm hoping he puts his closest rivals under pressure with speed over his obstacles from the front - I can see him making all and gaining a deserved victory.
