Has showed marked improvement since joining this yard, winning over C&D and proving better than ever landing a hat-trick at Warwick (19f) in April. Matched that effort when only narrowly denied the 4-timer at the same venue (21f) 16 days ago. Up in grade but cannot be dismissed in current form.

Isn't the easiest to catch right but bounced back from a couple of lesser effort when runner-up in a 23f Worcester handicap last month, deserving extra credit having suffered interference at the end of the back straight. Respected but more on his plate faced with a shaper test in better company.

Lost his way at the end of last season but made a successful reappearance for second successive year when winning a 7-runner handicap hurdle at Uttoxeter 30 days ago, winning with a little to spare. Not ruled out on the back of a career best effort.

Dual bumper winner who also scored twice in this sphere during 2022/23 campaign. Built on promising reappearance at Ffos Las when running right up to her best to land a 23f handicap this course last month. Up 4 lb for that but she's low mileage and could be open to more improvement.

Fairly useful on Flat (stays 1¼m). Shaped well when placed on first 4 starts in maiden hurdles and didn't need to improve to get off the mark at fifth time of asking at Worcester (2m) last month. This longer trip should be within his range and he's very much open to improvement on handicap debut.

Multiple winner for Tom George and back to form for current stable last year, landing a course handicap in September prior to an excellent second here 3 weeks later. Shaped encouragingly on reappearance at Aintree 17 days ago and should be spot on for this. Solid claims.

Forecasts

Letterston Lady (5/4), High Fibre (3/1), Prince Imperial (9/2), Bannister (6/1), Go Go Chicago (6/1), Donnie Azoff (9/1), Icare Allen (28/1)

15:25 Market Rasen - 2 June 2025 - Racecard - Horse Racing - Sporting Life

Each of the septet have legitimate claims, though recent maiden winner HIGH FIBRE may have the scope for most improvement having been fairly useful on the Flat (stayed 1¼m), now tackling a longer trip on handicap debut. Connections of course winner Bannister have likely had one eye on this race and he should go well following an encouraging reappearance at Aintree, with Letterston Lady respected having looked as good as ever since returning from an absence.
