Gained second hurdles success at Exeter in February. Well held up in grade at Newbury next time but made promising start over fences when second of 3 in novice at Fontwell on return 20 days ago.

Showed ability first 3 starts over hurdles last term and probably best to overlook latest effort at Hereford in March (ran too badly to be true). Since undergone a wind op and the fact that he was placed twice in points augurs well ahead of this chase bow.

Just fair form over fences in France and not a great deal of encouragement to be gleaned from his 2 hurdling outings for this stable. Handicapper has give him a chance, so warrants a market check back up in trip.

SHELDON was hugely impressive when making a successful start over fences and was jumping soundly before departing at Hereford next time, so he can get back to winning ways at the likely expense of Mucho Mas, who was narrowly denied on his chasing debut at Bangor last month. Burrows Park is also of interest.
