Only second start for this yard, last of seven on first run for them (over 6½f) but wasn't beaten far, and it was a G3, so far from disgraced in the circumstances. Drop back to 5f on likely soft ground won't inconvenience him, and he has chances.
Not disgraced when seventh in the Molecomb last time but equally it wasn't a step forward, and a bigger worry would be his heavy defeat on soft ground at Ascot in the Norfolk Stakes. Has plenty of speed though, and on best form, has a chance.
Quite highly tried on last three starts and may find this a bit easier, seemed to handle slower ground when sixth in the Norfolk Stakes at Ascot but does need to put a lesser effort at Goodwood last time behind him. Not ruled out of an open event.
Won well on Down Royal debut and was decent third in a Listed event at Tipperary in June. May have found 7f too far at Leopardstown last time and very soft ground would be an unknown, but gets a bit of weight and is another interesting contender.
Improving filly, good sixth to Daahyeh in the Albany at Ascot and lost nothing in defeat in a G3 here last time out. Seems to handle some cut, may not have finished improving yet, and if handling the drop back to a quick 5f, will be a major player.
Very easy winner on debut at Bellewstown in June but disappointed when made a hot favourite at Down Royal last time. Needs to put that behind her, and overall form makes her vulnerable here unless she improves.

Few can be ruled out of an open event. LIL GREY is going the right way, handles some cut and the only issue is whether a drop back to 5f will inconvenience her. In the hope it doesn't, she's taken to come out on top. King Neptune's progress has stalled somewhat but this is an easier task and he can prove the danger. Real Appeal and Isabeau look best of the rest.
