Luke Littler extended his advantage at the top of the Premier League Darts table on a night in which he reached a century of 180s for the season.
The defending champion brought up the staggering milestone during another routine night at the oche in which he beat Stephen Bunting 6-0, Rob Cross 6-3 and Luke Humphries 6-1 to pick up another cheque for £10,000 and open up an eight-point lead at the summit.
At the halfway point of the season, Littler now has 102 maximums which is over double that of his nearest challenge Humphries (50) and with a further eight weeks of the regular season to play, his 2024 record of 128 maximums will be obliterated.
Littler's current 180 per leg rate of 0.56 is significantly high than Gary Anderson's record of 0.40 in the 2011 season and it would be no surprise to see him reach an iconic total of 180 before Finals Night in May.
Luke Littler has hit a century of 180s in the Premier League this season before anyone else has reached 50! 🤯

Littler: 100
Humphries: 45
MVG: 43
Aspinall: 37
Dobey: 36
Cross: 35
Price: 34
Bunting: 24
Another record that Littler is sure to break is the amount of nightly titles in a Premier League season, which he currently holds alongside Jonny Clayton.
The Nuke has now matched that tally of four and with eight more weeks to play, it seems highly unlikely that anyone will stop him given the consistency of his ruthless standards.

The record for a full season is 128, which he set last year. At this rate he could end up with 200.
Just to give a bit of context as to how insane it is that Luke Littler has already hit more than 100 180s in a PL season after just eight weeks.

He's going to absolutely obliterate his own record and hopefully he'll reach 180 of them!
"It's another night win and another trophy, so I'm delighted," said Littler, who was only on stage for a total of 36 minutes at the Utilita Arena.
"It's more points on the board and I'm sitting comfortably at the top of the table now, so I should be even more settled going into the next few weeks.
"Me and Luke both said we felt tired before the final, so I'm just happy to get over the line. I'm playing too well for players not to be thinking about playing me, rather than just playing the board."

6-3 v Cross in 15 minutes
6-1 v Humphries in 11 minutes
Probably the easiest £10k Luke Littler will win this season and didn't even play his best.
Humphries was unable to replicate the 106.73 average which saw him overcome Nathan Aspinall 6-5 in the semi-finals, having earlier denied Chris Dobey a fairytale homecoming with a 6-3 win in the quarter-finals.
Littler has opened up an eight-point gap at the top of the table, with Humphries five points clear of Michael van Gerwen in third.
Price, Cross and Aspinall remain in the Play-Off hunt, with Dobey and Bunting occupying the bottom two positions.
