Two miles and a furlong with an uphill finish at Pontefract demands plenty of stamina and SEINESATIONAL can make his staying power count in the Napoleons Casino Bradford Handicap on Wednesday.
The five-year-old can sometimes look a bit quirky but he boasts a decent win rate and was in good form for much of last season, scoring first time out at Wolverhampton in April and again at Sandown in June.
Later, he ran a mighty race in the two-and-a-half mile Goodwood Handicap at the course's Festival meeting in July, failing by a neck to hold off the progressive Timoshenko.
Just 2lb higher for that effort, Seinesational looks well enough weighted in a race that seems likely to suit him, and his now Newmarket-based trainer William Knight struck with Sir Busker at Newcastle last week while stable stalwart Noble Gift ran well at Kempton.
