Zlatan Ibrahimović drops hint of return to Spain nine years after leaving Barcelona

Zlatan Ibrahimović has dropped a major hint on his next move after releasing a video claiming a return to Spain on his Instagram account.

The Swedish forward revealed to his 39m followers that he was 'coming back' to Spain, nine years after leaving Barcelona.

That seems to have confirmed his departure from MLS side LA Galaxy, who were beaten by local rivals Los Angeles FC in the post-season play-offs.

On a video posted on his account, a short message says: "Hola España, guess what? I'm coming back."

The striker spent the 2009/10 season at Barca, scoring 21 goals in 45 games across all competitions.

However, following a reported breakdown in relationship between Ibrahimović and then-manager Pep Guardiola, he was loaned out to AC Milan the following campaign before the move became permanent.
